When filling grease, slowly turn the slewing bearing to make the grease fill evenly.

3. For slewing bearings with internal or external teeth, the debris should be removed frequently and coated with the corresponding grease.

5. After the slewing bearing is operated for 100 hours for the first time, the pre-tightening force of the bolt should be checked. After every 500 hours of operation, it must be checked once, and sufficient pre-tightening force must be maintained.

6. In operation, pay attention to the operation of the slewing bearing. If abnormal conditions such as noise, shock, sudden increase in power are found, stop the inspection immediately, eliminate the fault, and dismantle the test if necessary.

7. It is forbidden to directly flush the slewing bearing with water to prevent water from entering the raceway, and to prevent the hard foreign matter from approaching or entering the tooth meshing area.

8. Always check the integrity of the seal. If the seal is damaged, it should be replaced in time. It is found that it should be reset in time.
